As a naturopath I get different questions about health in general, and as one might expect questions about weight-loss as well. One question that I have gotten on more than 1 occasion is…does Garcinia Cambogia work?
My answer has been yes, but with a major caveat….It works when you combine it with a healthy diet and a good overall healthy lifestyle!
If you are planning on taking Garcinia Cambogia without also making some dietary changes(assuming that you are not already eating relatively healthy), then you would be doing any weight-loss plan a great dis-service.

Notwithstanding, Garcinia Cambogia can be very beneficial for supporting appetite suppression, and some people even report seeing an improvement in their cholesterol. If I were trying to lose weight I would certainly include it in any weight-loss protocol that I was attempting.
