Activated Charcoal: Mix 1 tablespoon of charcoal in an 8 oz. glass of water, drink the slurry water, much of the charcoal will sink to the bottom.*If you are taking drug medication be aware that charcoal will adsorb many drugs.
Turmeric: Mix 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric in a cup of hot water. Drink as hot as can be tolerated.
Cinnamon: 1 cinnamon stick, broken up, a big pinch of ground ginger, a pinch of cayenne pepper and an optional pinch of ground cloves. Steep from boiling to drinkable temperature.
Use two cinnamon sticks broken up into smaller pieces boiled in 3 cups of water drink hot with a little sweetener if needed to taste this can stop severe diarrhea in ten-fifteen minutes.
Peppermint: Drink 3-4 times half a cup of water with a few drops of mint essence or peppermint added.
Pomegranate: Chew a few pieces of the inner lining of pomegranate with salt, and/or drink pomegranate juice.
Apple Cider Vinegar: Mix two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in warm water and drink.

Man Sues Md. doctor… Says Butt Stapled Shut
A man alleging a Maryland doctor stapled his rectum shut during an operation — causing him to go without defecating for 17 days — took his federal lawsuit to trial Monday in Baltimore. Ronald Watkins, 64, of West Virginia, is suing Manuel Casiano, a doctor in Frederick County, for allegedly botching a 2004 surgery that left Watkins with permanent bowel problems. “The reason for suing Dr. Casiano is very simple: His rectum was stapled shut,” said Julia Lodowski, who with attorney Emily Malarkey is representing Watkins and his wife, Brenda. Lodowski told jurors in U.S. District Court that Watkins now experiences “rectal discharge” and needs to wipe himself between 12 and 15 times a day. Read the entire story Here.
