Amazing Molasses Remedy For Menstrual Cramp Pain

As promised here is another remedy to alleviate menstrual cramp pain. Take 1 tablespoon of blackstrap molasses in the morning, and 1 tablespoon at night. To make it a lot more palatable many women warm a glass of soy milk, or almond milk and stir it in. They say it taste like a latte.
