<div align="justify">      Doctor Bernard Jensen, DC, ND, Ph.D., made the following statement: &#8220;In the 50 years I&#8217;ve spent helping people to overcome illness, disability and disease, it has become crystal clear that poor bowel management lies at the root of most people&#8217;s health problems.&#8221; Dr. Bernard Jensen studied with many very successful doctors throughout the United States and Europe.</div>
<div align="justify">
<div>In his book <em>Tissue Cleansing Through Bowel Management</em>, Dr. Jensen discusses mucoid plaque. He writes: &#8220;The heavy mucus coating in the colon thickens and becomes a host of putrefaction. The blood capillaries to the colon begin to pick up the toxins,  poisons and noxious debris as it seeps through the bowel wall. All tissues and organs of the body are now taking on toxic substances. Here is the beginning of true autointoxication on a physiological level.&#8221;</div>
<div>On page 27, he reveals his experience in this matter. &#8220;One autopsy revealed a colon to be 9 inches in diameter with a passage through it no larger than a pencil. The rest was caked up layer upon layer of encrusted fecal material. This accumulation can have the consistency of truck tire rubber. It&#8217;s that hard and black. Another autopsy revealed a stagnant colon to weigh in at an incredible 40 lbs. Imagine carrying all that morbid accumulated waste.&#8221;</div>
<div>On  page 42, Dr. Jensen talks about his old teacher John Harvey Kellogg at the Battle Creek Sanitarium who &#8220;maintained that 90% of the diseases of civilization are due to improper functioning of the colon.&#8221; On page 43, Dr. Jensen explains that National College in Chicago performed over 300 autopsies. &#8220;According to the history of these persons, 285 had claimed they were not constipated and had normal movements and only 15 had admitted they were constipated. The autopsies showed the opposite to be the case, however, and only 15 were found not to have been constipated, while 285 were found to have been constipated. Some of the histories of these 285 persons stated they had had as many as 5 to 6 bowel movements daily, yet autopsies revealed that in some of them the bowel was 12 inches in diameter. The bowel walls were encrusted with fecal material.&#8221;</div>
<div>Dr. John Harvey Kellogg, M.D. of the Kellogg Sanitarium said, &#8220;Of the 22,000 operations I have personally performed, I have never found a single normal colon, and of the 100,000 that were performed under my jurisdiction, not over 6% were normal.&#8221; The prestigious Merck Manual writing about diverticulosis says that if you live long enough, all Americans will have bowel disease.</div>
<div>So, let me summarize for you. Most of Americans are going to suffer from bowel disease. Thousands are suffering from hemorrhoids, irritable bowel syndrome, polyps, colon cancer, diverticulosis, crohn&#8217;s disease, or constipation. This is why we all should do a colon cleanse, and adopt a high fiber whole plant food diet.</div>
<div>At BellaVita, we teach people the effective natural remedies for evacuating the colon of old fecal matter. They learn that the following:</div>
<div>1. Get their bowels moving 2 &#8211; 4 times a day by eating a high fiber whole plant food diet with lots of organic fruits and vegetables. Beans and legumes are high fiber foods. Maintain good bowel function. Adding 2 TBSPs of psyllium husks to a glass of water and drunk before bed can assure good elimination. Never use wheat bran cereals as it can block the assimilation of key minerals like calcium.</div>
<div>2. Decrease the production of excessive mucus and mucoid matter in the intestines by eating a high alkaline diet. Mucus protects the intestines from the damaging affect of acid. I just read that most Americans get 75% of their calories from processed foods. Learn to eat food in its most simple form and as natural as possible. I owned health food stores for 30 years. Learn to read labels, for not all natural ingredients marketed on health products are the best for you. An example is natural flavors, soy protein isolates, carageenan, and Bragg&#8217;s Aminos that can contain excitotoxins.</div>
<div>3. Loosen the encrusted morbid matter and accumulated waste stagnating in the colon by using intestinal cleansers like Modern Manna&#8217;s Bowel Formulas #1 and #2 that contains psyllium, charcoal, and bentonite clay and mucilaginous herbs. Thousands of people have taken Modern Manna&#8217;s Super 10-Day Detoxification Program at home. It is the same cleansing program we do at BellaVita Lifestyle Center. All the cleansing products are included and a full-color brochure with all the directions. People cannot believe the waste that comes out of them. Many pass parasites too.</div>

<p>So many Americans are suffering from impactions of the colon because they are eating too many foods that lack fiber. Another reason their bowels are in bad shape is because they are eating mucus-forming acid foods like meat, dairy, and sugar. Alcohol and coffee are two other beverages that cause excess acid and abnormal PH and resulting mucus build-up in the intestines. The mucus is produced to protect the intestines from the large amount of acid and conditions like ulcers. As the mucus builds from eating too much bologna, salami, sausage, pizza, donuts, coffee, cakes, pies and processed foods, the more mucus is formed, layer upon layer, on the colon walls and dehydrates forming the hard, truck tire-like rubbery black feces.</p>
<div> I had two people at BellaVita actually pull black ropes out of their anus that was exactly like how I described. One of the women said, &#8220;Gross! It is like a rubber hose.&#8221; She pulled out about twelve inches on two occasions. One nurse was gathering the rubbery green feces and putting it in ziplock bags (she had gloves on, of course). She said, &#8220;I have been a nurse for 19 years and I have never seen anything come out of a human body like this.&#8221; She wanted to prove it to her husband. Others have had 5 to 12 bowel movements a day at BellaVita. On average, people lose 6-8 lbs. in the ten days.</div>
<div>Remember, sluggish bowels retain pounds of fecal matter and can cause the bowel to balloon, putting pressure on other organs of the body. That is why I see so many miracles happen when someone does a colon cleanse. I had an infertile nurse go on a cleanse, and 6 months later was pregnant with twins. Praise God. Pressure on the fallopian tubes and the uterus could have been the problem.</div>
<div>  One last point I want to share before I close is if you are suffering from a stagnant bowel, as in constipation, you can load up on lactobacillus acidophilus which will recolonize your bowel with good bacteria. I tried it recently and was pleased to have two to three easy bowel movements a day. I took a liquid acidophilus and drank all 16 oz. at once. Magnesium supplementation, more water, and exercise can also help.</div>

<p>Setting up a cleansing or detox program is a task that you may wish to consider. It is better prior to undergoing such a program to take certain steps to garner information.  This  includes health history evaluation, physical examinations, biochemistry tests, mineral level tests, dietary analysis and other related specific tests to get a snapshot of  your entire health status. These are helpful in determining the appropriate natural procedure that you should take to clean up your body.</p>
<p>Take note, analyzing your present health status, disease, and symptoms as a result of your lifestyle, familial or inherent patterns, and diets can help in creating a body detox plan that is best suited for you. Remember, any healing procedure needs a plan that must be followed accordingly to achieve positive results.</p>
<p>1. Proper Diet. People who are lacking energy and nutrients need a diet which is balanced and provides sufficient nutrients for improving their health. Mineral deficiencies, fatigue, and low functions of organs should have a very supportive diet. However, in this particular circumstance, short cleaning of the body for three days can help in eliminating old debris. It also prepares your body for building healthier blocks.</p>
<p>If you feel congested with travel, stresses, and different foods, drink juices or eat lightly for a few days. It can display a huge difference. You could also eat low protein foods, complex carbohydrate foods, and vegetarian or plant based diet foods for a couple of years. Mild detox can consist of vegetable meals/plant based which add proteins in your body.</p>
<p>2. Using natural herbs. There are different body organs which are prone to the high development of toxins. One of them is your colon. Keep in mind that large intestines can accommodate much toxicity which can result to its sluggish functioning. So, detox programs are created to solve this problem. Fiber supplements cleansing diet are incorporated for cleaning and toning colons. It includes herbal laxatives like psyllium seed husk used alone or combined with agents such as betonite clay, acidophilus culture, and Aloe Vera powder. Enemas using herbs, diluted coffee, or water can be used for cleaning your liver, another important organ of your body.</p>
<p>3. Regular exercise. Exercise stimulates sweating thus it eliminates toxic wastes through your skin. It improves general metabolism and aids in your overall detoxification. Aerobic exercise done regularly can maintain your body to stay non-toxic because you are prevented from bad habits. However, exercising can also increase toxic productions in your body so it must always be accompanied with antioxidants, adequate fluids, mineral and vitamins replenishment as well as other related detox principles.</p>
<p>4. Regular bathing. It is very essential in cleaning your skin from accumulated toxins. Sweats and saunas are most often used in purifying your body via more enhanced skin elimination. Dry brushing your skin using the right skin brush is often suggested before bathing.</p>
<p>5. Massage therapy. It is very useful in supporting detox programs. It stimulates body functions and elimination promoting a more relaxed feeling clearing you from worries, tensions, and mental stresses.</p>
<p>6. Recharging, relaxing, and resting. This is important in the rejuvenation process. It helps your body in re- balancing your attitude and mind which sometimes interferes in natural homeostasis.</p>

<p><em>Below I have reprinted the contents of a newsletter that I receive from health educator Danny Vierra. The principles that he has outlined below are excellent and  if followed you will certainly benefit health wise in the upcoming  year.</em></p>
<p>Here are some wonderful health guidelines for you to practice in 2011.  We are closer to Christ&#8217;s coming then ever before, and we need to get in  the best shape as possible so we can share the health message with the  world and the church. There is no better way of convincing people of  God&#8217;s health program then by living out the principles in your own life.  As people notice your health and energy and see the glow of health on  your face, they will want to know what you are doing. Here are the  guidelines for 2011 that you can share with them.</p>
<p><strong>1.</strong> <strong>Eat a whole plant food diet with lots of organic fruits and vegetables from the garden</strong>. I always say, &#8220;<strong>Eat rainbows</strong>.&#8221;   Remember that even the color of the plants have healing power. Such as   the red pigment in tomatoes known as lycopene can help preventing   prostate cancer. My advice for men is to eat many red fruits and  vegetables to avoid prostate problems and cancer. Also a plant-based  diet is highly alkaline. Acid foods like meat, dairy, and sugar will  make you more vulnerable to disease and cancer.</p>
<p><strong>2. Get 60 to 80 percent of your diet from living or live food such as fresh organic fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds.</strong> There are many great raw cookbooks available with delicious recipes.   Another easy way to get plenty of healthy raw food is to start the day  with the following  <strong>Super Energy Breakfast Drink</strong>: Start  with a good  blender or Vita-Mix. Add 1 apple, 1 banana, a handful of  grapes, 1 kiwi,  or whatever fruit you like, 3 tablespoons of Organic  Flaxseed Oil, 2  Scoops of <strong>SuperManna, </strong>add   a few ice cubes or use frozen fruit to give it a little chill but not   too cold. I also may add a tablespoon of pumpkin, flax, and sunflower   seeds  and perhaps 10 almonds. Add all of the above to 24 ounces of   organic apple juice and blend for 30 seconds to one minute. This will   make four or five servings. You will get amazing amounts of energy from   the 14 Super Foods and the four or five servings of fresh live   fruits seeds and nuts first thing in the morning, right when you need   it. The Super Energy Breakfast Drink contains all the protein, essential   fatty acids, and healthy carbohydrates you need for the a great start   for the day. In addition to the breakfast drink, have a big green salad   for lunch or dinner with all your favorite vegetables containing even   more fiber and protein, vitamins, and minerals. If you will eat 8   servings of fresh organic produce every day you will protect yourself   against cancer, heart disease and other major diseases. Eat a high  alkaline diet of fresh fruits and vegetables.</p>
<p><strong>3.</strong> <strong>Try growing some of your own food and plant some fruit trees</strong>.   Citrus trees are beautiful in landscaping the yard and they are   evergreen. Teach your children how to plant seeds and make a garden   together. Make it fun. I just started a new garden method called the  Square Foot Garden. You use less water, spend less time weeding, and get  more produce with less time and energy. <p><strong>4.</strong> <strong>Avoid eating animal foods</strong>.   Animal food is high in protein and fat that increases one&#8217;s  chance of  getting cancer and other chronic diseases like heart disease and  diabetes. Animal food is void  of all fiber making it a major cause of  colorectal cancer. It is also  high in cholesterol and therefore a  contributor of heart disease.  Cultures that eat the highest amounts of  animal foods have the highest  amounts of cancer, heart disease,  diabetes, stroke and other diseases.  Eating the flesh of animals is not  necessary, and in fact contributes to  an early grave. Global obesity  is plaguing the world and animal foods are a major cause of the increase  in overweight people. Obesity is a major cause of disease and diabetes.</p>
<p><strong>5.</strong> <strong>Avoid all dairy products</strong>.   Dairy is liquid meat, and any disease in the animal is most likely  also  in its secretions. Milk is the number-one cause of childhood  anemia and  allergy. I remember the late Dr. Vigil Hulse once told me  that as a  Milk and Dairy inspector for 13 years in California, he found  80% of the  herds had cows with leukemia and 50% of the herds had cows  with Bovine  AIDS. This was in the county in which I live. Milk Does A  Body  Good? Instead, drink water or fresh juices when thirsty. The FDA  allows 750 million pus cells per liter of milk.</p>
<p><strong>6.</strong> <strong>Avoid refined white sugar, white flour, and ordinary salt or sea salt. Use</strong> Sugar is acid forming and weakens the immune system. It contributes to  diabetes and obesity. When using salt, use Celtic Salt or Real Salt  instead for they contain all the minerals from  the ocean instead of  just sodium and chloride.  Regular table salt is a poison to your cells.  Learn to eat foods as close to God&#8217;s original design as possible.<br />

7.</strong> <strong>Avoid artificial sweeteners</strong> like Nutrasweet that causes lesions in the brain, MS symptoms,   diabetes, and painful joints to name a few. Learn to eat food as God   gave it in the garden like fresh fruit which I call &#8220;God&#8217;s candies.&#8221;  Artificial sweeteners are associated with increase disease and cancers.</p>
<p><strong>8.</strong> <strong>Exercise at least four or five days a week</strong>.   We need all the oxygen we can get. My favorite exercises are  racquetball and weightlifting. This gives me the combination of  aerobic  exercise like racquetball for my heart and circulation and  anaerobic  exercise like weightlifting for building bone density,  strength, and  toning the muscles. Both forms of exercise are good and  necessary for  eliminating toxins through the lymph system. Exercise is  wondeful for  fighting depression and increasing longevity.  Perfect health comes with  perfect circulation.</p>
<p><strong>9.</strong> <strong>Increase your consumption of pure water </strong>and   drink 6 to 8 glasses a day or more depending on your size and weight.   One rule is a half-ounce for every pound of body weight. Avoid chlorine   and fluoride. They can cause cancer, hypothyroidism, and other   complications. Use a water filter if necessary.</p>
<p><strong>10.</strong> <strong>Start drinking fresh organic juices</strong> everyday if possible. A combination of carrot, apple, celery, chard and   parsley is a great immune-building formula that is high in potassium   and phytochemicals. I make a green smoothie in the morning by adding  green leafy vegetables like kale to my fruit smoothie. The leafy  vegetables with the fruits do not cause indigestion.</p>
<p><strong>11.</strong> <strong>Cleanse your elimination organs on a seasonal basis</strong>.   Cleanse the colon, liver, kidney, lung, blood, lymph and skin using   organic herbal formulas, saunas, skin brushing, etc. And do not be   afraid of cleansing. Remember the old saying: &#8220;Death begins in the   colon.&#8221; I recommend doing a 10-day cleanse like Modern Manna&#8217;s Super  Cleanse. Many people come to BellaVita for a fabulous cleansing and  detoxifying experience like no others. We constantly witness healing  miracles at our programs.</p>
<p><strong>12.</strong> <strong>Have a positive attitude</strong> and get moving if you feel depressed. Doing something for someone else   that has a need will help heal your own discouragement. My #1  recommendation for depression is exercise! Memorize Scripture promises  and claim them when you are assailed with negative thoughts. I recite  Isaiah 26:3, 4: &#8220;Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind  is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee. Trust ye in the LORD for  ever: for in the LORD JEHOVAH is everlasting strength:</p>
<p><strong>13.</strong> <strong>Breathe deeply</strong> several times a day of fresh air. Take a walk in the open air. Walking   outside or through a forest is always nice and refreshing. Exercise in  the open air is a blessing.</p>
<p><strong>14.</strong> <strong>Get 30 minutes of sunshine every day</strong> on your front and back if possible, but do not burn. The best times are before 11 AM or after 4 PM.</p>
<p><strong>15: Exercise self control and practice temperance. </strong>Temperance  is a Bible doctrine. It means to abstain entirely from things that are  harmful and use judiciously the things that are good. In other words do  not overeat or be a glutton. Some Bible verses to review on temperance  are: Acts 24:24-26; 1 Cor. 9: 24-27; Galatians 5:22-25; Titus 2:1, 2; 2  Peter 1:6. Try to avoid eating between meals or before bed. Eat at  regular intervals so digestion will be thorough and complete.</p>
<p><strong>16.</strong> <strong>Trust in God, spend time in prayer, and study your Bible every day</strong>. Prayer  is the key in the hand of faith that unlocks Heaven&#8217;s storehouse. Ask  for fresh supplies of grace everyday. Make time for morning prayer,  devotion and have family worship everyday. I have made family worship a  priority and have seen the difference in my children.</p>
<p><strong>17.</strong> <strong>Love your enemies and forgive</strong> those that have wronged you. Remember, Forgiveness is the key to freedom. Don&#8217;t delay since Christ is coming soon!</p>
